Simi Valley, California - Aug 16, 2010 - geist interactive announced today that it had agreed to acquire Worldcloud, a leading FileMaker Hosting and Cloud Services Provider, with data centers located world wide. The agreement took effect on August, 1st, 2010.

Todd Geist, a leading FileMaker consultant and developer, and the owner of geist interactive, has long been interested in the hosting business.
