The School Automation Suite includes:

Job Application Management handles teacher, non-instructional and internal job postings and applications.  It is easy to see how many applicants applied for a specific job, but also review and select the appropriate candidates(s).

Field Trip Management allows a teacher to submit field trip requests on-line. Principals and transportation approve or deny trips and the BOE approves all trips.

Course Application Management helps teachers and administrators figure out if a teacher's continuing education course is reimbursable by the school district. Approved schools are listed, teachers and educators complete an on-line form and administrators approve.

Discipline Reporting Management saves a teacher's time when reporting infractions.  The principal determines what action should be taken and if necessary, whether the Board of Education should be involved.

Event Calendar lists all events taking place within the school district.  Teachers, principals, and the Board of Education submit the event on-line.  Principals approve all teacher submissions and administration approves all others.  Events are classified so that the public does not see internal events such as staff meetings and district wide events are seen.
