We are seeking a talented Filemaker developer to design and create relational databases to support the scientific work of the London Research Institute.
Based in our Lincoln’s Inn Fields offices in Central London, the successful candidate will:
- have experience using Filemaker v 8 and above (Filemaker certification preferred but not essential);
- have a proven ability to comprehend and dismantle complex processes, then translate them into effective Filemaker database systems using a structured, logical and documented approach;
- have a keen eye for detail, usability and good design - examples of previous work demonstrating this should be submitted with your application;
- be a confident self-starter with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to problem solving;
- have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
The initial contract is for a six month period. Scientific knowledge or experience of working in a scientific/ medical environment is not necessary to succeed in this role.
