Looking to build an employee benefits enrollment system. Need something asap that meets phase 1 of the project, then build to next phases.
Phase 1 functionality - Database is loaded with employee data, agent sits in front of employee, updates data, then employee can choose benefits they want. Filemaker prints out form fillable (must use existing) PDF's with employee data and policy information for employee to sign and a summary report for employee.
Most of this solution is already built by sean mills (filemaker magazine - search populating pdf)
Phase 2 functionality - use e-sign pad and store signed documents
Phase 3 - web enable the whole app

I would very much like to talk with you about your project. This is something that I think you will find me most uniquely qualified to complete for you. I have been involved in developing databases for over 30 years and using FileMaker for over 15 years. I have work for the last several years with ERP solutions, and with a great deal of time with employee records and ensuring all guidelines are followed. Plus my rates are not what you would expect.
