Freelance database help needed to create Database

I am a commercial real estate broker in need of a simple and expandable property, Property Owner and Property related information database.

I do not want to reinvent the wheel but I need a highly functional and strong database that will store my research and contacts for a variety of classes of real estate.

It is not a large project but I do not have knowledge of creating what I need to store my information. If this sound like something you can assist me on please feel free to call or email me. I am in Nashville Tennessee.
