JOB SUMMARY:
Enologix is seeking a professional developer to be responsible for our computer based entrepreneurship and existing hierarchical relational database enterprise. This includes existing website to middleware to relational databases and a new website. This is for our winemaker customers with an employee site administration Content Management System (CMS). The development environment is Fireworks, FileMaker 8.5, Filemaker Server, Filemaker Developer, and Lasso in the Mac OS. Critical elements include: the human interface, both the website html display pages and website administration, CMS with FileMaker. The supervisor's job is to plan and guide the group including employees and vendors, while working on the bench, toward the project goals. It is the supervisor’s job to see that all members of the group are highly productive, and to resolve technical problems as they arise for employees and vendors.
The supervisor will be responsible for the overall daily operations of the LAN, WAN and development, of website. Technically the supervisor must identify issues of a hierarchical relational database, and resolve challenges before they become a problem. The most technically challenging task is writing custom functions in SQL in Filemaker.
Administratively the supervisor must use electronically enabled Project Management System (PMS) to manage the development of the next iteration of the website using tightly written requirements.

Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• BA, BS or MA in Bioinformatics/Design/Engineer/Information Sciences/etc. or Filemaker Certified Developer or equal experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a developer (Ideally, 5+ years as a supervisor or planner).
• Strong project management background.
• Above average speaking, written and presentation skills
• Proven track record producing, managing and representing computer based products which have crossed the line of visibility with customers.
• Advanced level of computer skills and solid knowledge of upcoming languages that will be used to deliver data to customers such as PHP.
• Ability to lead, inspire and manage vendors.
• Willingness and ability to bring project in on time.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Clean criminal and DMV record.
