Job: FileMaker Pro 8 Consultant Needed
Location: Remote (You can work from home). Must be local to Metro DC area because of scheduled meetings from time to time.
Job Status: Contract
Details: Small start-up catering company in need of a FileMaker Pro 8 programmer to create a relational database that is user-friendly for catering sales team, marketing team, and event team. Merge documents and built in calendar feature are a must for this client. Experience creating FMP databases for event or catering companies a bonus. This is a time sensitive project and databases need to be "released" to client as they become available.
Databases to be created include but are not limited to:
Prospect (track prospects, marketing mailings, email blasts)
Customer (track client, event/invoice history, marketing mailings, email blasts)
Sales Order (merge documents, track invoicing, sales/events, sales persons activities - built in calendar feature a must)
Inventory/Vendor (food inventory at cost and per item, menu, supplies per on-hand inventory and per event, vendors who offer the inventory (perishable or non-perishable).
Staff (FT and contract, event deployment and history)
