Advertising Database Integration Specialist
Fast-growing, internet-based, recruitment advertising agency has immediate need for full-time Filemaker Specialist to design, develop, test, and deliver database and web integration solutions. In addition, we want this individual to completely learn our business by working as an Advertising Agency Account Specialist when not programming. This role will provide data-entry, attention-to-detail, and customer service in a high-volume, deadline sensitive environment.
The ideal candidate will be Internet savvy, creative, detail-oriented and experienced with Mac OS X platform. Incumbent will be responsible database development & integration of our proprietary database and online job boards, major newspapers and trade journals worldwide.
Requirements:
- Filemaker 8 database design and experience migrating data to other databases & websites.
- Filemaker Advanced Server administration experience.
- Ability to produce effective recruitment ads, handles volume, and work fast pace while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communications skills, good work ethic and the ability to multi-task.
- Graphic design experience a plus (print or web media).
